Deductibles Per Jet Ski:
1) FLIPPING JET SKI OR MINOR DAMAGE PER JET SKI UNDER 9 SQUARE INCHES: $499
COVERS ONLY if there is NO engine damage OR Covers up to 9 square inches of damage to body/hull. ONLY INCLUDES scratches, scrapes, scuffs, or other damage identified and classified by East Coast Jet Ski Adventures as minor damage. ONLY SUPERFICIAL DAMAGE- the clear coat and paint from jet ski affected. If White fiberglass composite is visible, this is not minor damage. If there is a collision with more than one jet ski, this deductible is per each jet ski involved.
2) FLIPPING JET SKI WITH ENGINE DAMAGE OR BETWEEN 10 AND 25 SQUARE INCHES OF DAMAGE: $799
NO body/hull damage after the jet ski has been flipped over WITH ENGINE WATER DAMAGE (ANY SMOKING OF ENGINE) OR above 10 square inches of damage and still below 25 square inches of damage for the second deductible. If there is a collision with more than one jet ski, this deductible is per each jet ski involved.
3) MAJOR DAMAGE 25 to 35 SQUARE INCHES: $1999
Covers any collision damage between 25 and 35 square inches to body/hull including cracks, dents, chunks, or other damage identified and classified by EAST COAST JET SKI ADVENTURES as major damage. If White fiberglass composite is visible (underneath clear coat and paint), this is major damage. If there is a collision with more than one jet ski, this deductible is per each jet ski involved.
4) For any Total Losses, the Customers Deductibles are as follows: 2022 Yamaha VX $7,999.00, 2022 Sea Doo GTX 130 GTX $8,999.00, 2022, Sea Doo GTX 230 GTX $9,999.00, Sea Doo GTX 300 GTX $14,999.00. After 75% of the value of the Jet Ski is damaged (Full Value: 2022 Yamaha VX $16,999.00, 2022 Sea Doo GTX 130 GTX $18,999.00, 2022, Sea Doo GTX 230 GTX $24,999.00, Sea Doo GTX 300 GTX $29,999.00), It will be considered a Total Loss. If there is a collision with more than one jet ski, this deductible is per each jet ski involved.
Any cash or credit card payment collected before your jet ski rental will be applied towards MY DEDUCTABLE damages first AND THEN TOWARDS MY RENTAL TIME SECOND. I am fully responsible for all damages incurred with the Jet Ski(s) I am renting under my reservation, and all property involved, damaged, and losses. This includes Repair Bills and / or Deductible if insurance is purchased. If I do not pay in full for all damages immediately after my rental, my credit card will be charged the full amount and I CAN NOT DISPUTE THE CHARGE. If the Credit Card does not have enough credit or the Full Repair bill is not paid in full, 24.99% interest will be added to the delinquent bill the following / next day. 24.99% interest will be compounded every month until the delinquent bill is paid in full. If legal representation is needed to collect the repair bill / any delinquent bills, I will be required to reimburse all legal cost. If a collection agency is needed to recover the bill late and unpaid, I will be required to pay all the collection agencies fees and extra charges. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms.
